A Quick ShoutOut

TO

In case you're wondering what this is all about, Melissa (Shakespeare's Sister) McEwen has followed in Amanda (Pandagon) Marcotte's footsteps and voluntarily withdrawn from her position as a consultant to the John Edwards campaign. This follows a campaign waged against both of them by mutant lizard people from the fetid swamps of Lower Right Blogsylvania. Seems they didn't fold their napkins correctly or hold their pinky fingers at the correct dainty angle while sipping tea or something. Amanda reveals the offensive posts on her blog.

Needless to say the rank hypocrisy of this attack on Amanda and Melissa after the endless bile spewing from the likes of Anne Coulter, Michelle Malkin, Bill O'Reilly, Rush Limbaugh and the rest of the Reight Wing Chorus is unfathomable. As always they set a much higher standard for the behavior they see on the left than they do for themselves. They are typical bullies in every respect.
For more on the story, Glenn Greenwald blogged on it here and here, and on the significance here.
